Shrimp Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans shrimp, deveined
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Heat soup to boiling, add cream cheese, stirring until well blended.
    Add gelatin mixture, mix well and let cool.
    Add shrimp, mayonnaise, celery and onions. Pour into 6-cup ring mold.
    Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
