Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. dark honey
    1 c. coffee (double-strength)
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring honey gently to boiling; then add the coffee.
    Beat the eggs until light and lemon-colored; then add the oil a little at a time.
    Beat until well blended; then add sugar.
    Sift all dry ingredients; then add them to egg mixture with honey and coffee. Mix well.
    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan; bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
