Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chuck roast or very lean stew meat
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 to 2/3 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cut meat into 1-inch cubes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake in covered dish for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
