"Perfect Pie Crust" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix salt and flour.
Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly.
Add milk to mixture.
Divide.
Roll out half of mixture on floured surface to desired thickness to fit a 9-inch pan. Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
