Cranberry Shrub - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) cranberry juice, chilled
    1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice, chilled
    1 qt. 7-Up
    lemon, orange or pineapple sherbet
Preparation
    When ready to serve combine juices well; pour in punch bowl. Top with scoops of sherbet.
    Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
