Itch(Serve Like Tabouleh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cracked wheat (bulgar #2)
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    3 large onions, minced fine
    1 1/2 c. 100% olive oil
    2 bunches scallions, chopped
    2 bunches parsley (flat and curly), chopped
    2 red tomatoes, diced
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 can tomato sauce (1 lb. 13 oz. size)
    salt, pepper and red hot pepper (Alleppo) to taste
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak bulgar in 1 1/2 cups hot tap water for approximately 2 hours before mixing with sauce; set aside.
