Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
4 oranges
rind of half an orange
5 or 6 apples
2 c. sugar
juice of half a lemon
2/3 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Grind all ingredients together; add sugar.
The relish is better made a day or two before eaten.
