Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine, cut in small pieces
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (optional)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, mayonnaise, onion, margarine and cheese.
    Add broccoli.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, covered.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    The last 10 minutes, put cracker crumbs on top and bake, uncovered.
