Apricot Chewies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. dried apricots
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    and
    add sugar, butter
    and
    vanilla.
    Coat apricots that have been cut in small pieces
    and
    small pieces of pecans in the flour.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Pour in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch
    pan that has been greased and
    floured.
    Bake
    in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until
    light
    brown.
    Cut in squares and coat in powdered sugar.
