Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cooked until just done
    1 big onion, chopped
    1 big bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (more if you like)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add vinegar, soup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over carrots, onion and pepper and let set for 2 hours or more.
    This will keep for several days.
