1/2 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
