Mam-Maw Mize'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar, flour, salt, lemon juice, butter and water.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Pour into baked crust.
    Top with meringue.
    Brown in oven.
