Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken cutlets, cut in half and pounded thin
    flour mixed with chicken broth powder
    eggs, beaten
    lemons
    margarine (pareve)
    parsley flakes
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Dip chicken in flour mixture, then in egg and brown in oil.
    Set chicken in baking pan and put a thin slice of lemon on each piece.
    Mix 1/4 pound stick of margarine, 1 MBT packet, juice of 1/2 lemon and parsley flakes.
    Pour mixture over chicken and freeze.
