Surprise Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
1 c. cold water
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small carton whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
-
Boil together first 3 ingredients.
Remove from fire and add cold water.
Refrigerate.
When almost congealed, fold in remaining ingredients.
