Cheeseless Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple (own juice)
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Place ingredients in blender.
Blend well and pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Refrigerate until set.
Fat free.
