Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 medium-size peaches
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel peaches and slice.
In a large bowl, toss peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt and cinnamon.
Pour into glass casserole dish.
Dot with butter.
Cover with tinfoil and bake in oven at 425\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
