Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    By

    very thoroughly.
    The mixture is\tright

    when the whole piece of meat is gathered in
    the center of your bowl.
    Mix and fold until this happens.
    Form into meatballs the size you prefer.\tCook until brown
    on
    both
    sides in hot oil.\tDrop gently into spaghetti sauce.
    Let meatballs cook in sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
