Won Ton - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, chopped
2 to 3 stalks green onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1 egg
2 Tbsp. shoyu
2 Tbsp. sugar
6 to 7 sprigs parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. won ton wrappers
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the wrappers, using a small amount of water to seal the edges.
Fold into triangle and then deep fry until golden brown.
Yield:
80 to 90 pieces.
