Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in shortening.
    Add corn, beaten eggs, and corn muffin mix.
    Stir.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Mix sour cream and grated cheese and spoon over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
