Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, quartered
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put apples in pan with sugar, cinnamon and water; cook 10 minutes.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Pat on top of apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
