Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh
1 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute shrimp and onion in margarine for 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more.
Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in sour cream and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until thick.
Be careful that mixture does not come to a boil.
Serve over rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
