Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 mashed potatoes
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mash potatoes well in egg and 1 cup
    flour.
    Drop
    into broth by\ttablespoonfuls\t(chicken,
    beef
    and
    pork
    broth). Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    These are very good and quick.
