Flatbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. lard (shortening)
    1 3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients and shortening until fine like cornmeal.
    Then add cold water and mix.
    Take about a tablespoon of dough and roll out very thin on a well floured board.
    Bake flatbread on top of an electric grill until crisp.
    This is delicious.
