Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
Preparation

Cream the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar; set aside. Mix milk and pudding.
Add creamed mixture to pudding.
Stir in a large tub of Cool Whip.
Crush 1/2 package of Oreos and sprinkle on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Pour pudding over Oreos.
Crush the other 1/2 package of Oreos and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate.
