German Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled
    1 large onion, minced
    4 cold, boiled potatoes, cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown sausage lightly in heated skillet.
    Remove excess fat and reduce heat to medium.
    Add onion.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes, seasonings and sour cream.
    Stir until potatoes are brown.
    Add more sour cream, if desired.
