Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3 medium size sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes in water until soft.
Mix all ingredients except sugar and potatoes.
Mash potatoes and sugar together.
Add to flour mixture.
Roll on floured board and cut into biscuits. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
