Chicken Yum Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium-size roaster.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste (black or red pepper).
    Add to cut up fryer.
    Place in margarine.
    Add the soup mix.
    Stir around.
    Add 2 1/4 cups water.
    Wash rice and add to mixture.
    Cover with lid and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
