Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. whipped topping
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving juices.
    Place juices in a saucepan with lemon juice and water; stir in pudding mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Add pineapple, oranges and marshmallows.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Chill overnight.
    Just before serving, fold in banana.
