Spanish Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 medium onions, chopped
1 lb. ground round steak
1 c. ketchup
1 c. dry spaghetti, broken
2 c. tomato juice (less if desired)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy frying pan.
Add onions and cook several minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer on top of stove for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
