Chinese Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and minced fine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into bite-sized balls.
    Brown in hot oil before baking 30 minutes on broiler rack in 325\u00b0 oven. Pour 16 ounces barbecue sauce over meatballs before serving. Reheat in 200\u00b0 oven and add more barbecue sauce.
    Serve from chafing dish.
