Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, beat butter until creamy.
Gradually add the 1 cup sugar, beating until fluffy.
Add the eggs, vanilla and sour cream; beat until well blended.
Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture, beating at low speed just until blended.
Pour 1/2 batter into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and the chopped nuts.
Pour 1/2 of this sugar mixture over the batter.
Top with remaining batter and remaining sugar mixture.
Swirl lightly with knife to marble.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 375\u00b0 preheated oven.
Cool 10 minutes.
Turn out of pan to cool on rack.
Makes 1 (10-inch) cake.
