Spinach Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. finely chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 lb. fresh spinach, stems removed and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in tight-fitting jar.
    Shake to blend.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing.
