Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    celery leaves, chopped (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and shape into loaf.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 about 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
    Allow about 1 1/2 hours to make and cook.
