Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 jar marinaded artichoke hearts
    1 can mild chopped chili peppers
    4 to 6 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1 pkg. jalapeno pepper Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
Preparation
    Drain the artichoke hearts and marinated artichoke hearts. Cut them in small pieces and place in the bottom of a pie plate, quiche dish or serving dish or your choice.
    Add the chopped jalapeno chili peppers and blend together.
    Scoop out 4 to 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the top of this mixture and spread over the top.
    Put the shredded cheese on top of the mayonnaise layer.
    Heat in the microwave oven until the cheese melts or in a conventional oven at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serve with taco chips or raw vegetables.
    This is a very popular appetizer.
