Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. white bread (no crust)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Break up bread into small pieces; let bread dry out slightly.
    Add bread to milk mixture. Add raw meat and mix thoroughly.
    Form small balls.
    Cook vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, water and salt and pepper until melted and blended together.
    Pour over balls which have been placed in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned; turn occasionally.
    Save sauce; reheat in serving dish.
    Serve with long toothpicks.
