Caviar Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. onion juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2/3 c. Hellmann's mayo
2 c. chopped parsley
1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar caviar
2 hard-boiled eggs, put through a sieve
Preparation

Soften cheese. Add mayo. Blend in lemon juice, onion juice and Worcestershire on a tray. Form mixture into a flat circle 1-inch high. Press parsley into sides and spread caviar on top (in middle) around top edge. Spread onions, then eggs. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with Melba rounds.
