Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation
    Bake the pie shell in a 425\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool while preparing filling.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0.
    Cream the margarine with the sugar.
    Beat in the egg yolks, rind, juices, flour and milk.
    Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and fold into the lemon mixture.
    Pour into the partially baked shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until top is firm and golden.
    (Good served warm.)
