Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (fine grate)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. reduced-fat evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Roll pie crust.
    Line pan; prick shell on bottom and sides with fork.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
