Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    4 eggs, yolks separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. pineapple
    2 c. whipped whipping cream
    2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Milnot or Pet
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Get milk hot.
    Beat egg yolks, add sugar, flour and salt.
    Mix into hot milk slowly, cook for a few minutes.
    Cool.
    Add pineapple, whipped cream, coconut, vanilla, beaten egg whites, 1 can of milk and lemon juice.
    Put into freezer.
    Add milk to fill. Very good.
