Pasta Ala Norcina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. mostaccioli pasta
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes, drained and crushed with fork
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    In a frying pan, crumble sausage and
    brown
    in
    margarine. Add wine.
    When wine evaporates, add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook 15 to 20 minutes over medium
    heat.
    Cook
    pasta according to directions.
    Drain; add sauce and toss.
