Homemade Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    16 oz. container cottage cheese
    3/4 c. (regular or light) sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion (to taste)
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    While waiting, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, spices and cheese in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Drain macaroni and add to cheese mixture. Spoon into sprayed 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
