Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil or melted shortening
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
nuts and chocolate chips (to decorate)

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, vanilla and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
