Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies

Preparation

Mix and chill butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix and chill pudding mixes and milk.
