Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pecans (do not chop)
    3/4 lb. candied pineapple
    3/4 lb. whole candied cherries
    1 lb. white raisins
    1/2 lb. soft butter
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (1 oz.) bottle brandy flavoring
Preparation
    Line baking pans with aluminum foil.
    Use 2 loaf pans or 1 tube pan or 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Have nuts and fruits ready and mixed.
    Save some to decorate cake.
