Mushrooms & Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    4 tbsp. butter
    2 6 oz. cans broiled, sliced mushrooms OR 1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. chili sauce
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook livers, covered in butter until almost tender. (about 10 mins.) Add mushrooms and green onions, cook until onions and livers are tender. combine remaining ingredients and add to livers. Heat and stir just until sauce is hot. Serve over rice or hot buttered toast.
