Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk or cream
    pinch of salt
    vanilla to taste
Preparation
    When eggs are half beaten, add flour and beat until smooth. Stir in sugar and salt.
    Add melted butter, vanilla and milk (in that order).
    Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
