Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, oil and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Combine sugar, cocoa and water; pour over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
