Pasta Trivera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    1 lb. very thin spaghetti
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Best olive oil
    4 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
    1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs, lightly toasted
    Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Bring large pot of water to boil.
    Add salt and spaghetti; boil 7 to 8 minutes.
    Heat 1/3 cup olive oil in saucepan.
    Add garlic and cook slowly for 3 minutes.
    Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Put off the heat and stir in walnuts.
