Spinach And Treet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well after thawing (may substitute broccoli instead of spinach)
1 can Treet luncheon meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
6 oz. extra sharp cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Break or cut all solid ingredients into small pieces.
Mix ingredients, except eggs, milk, flour, black pepper and garlic salt.
Put spinach mixture in greased casserole dish.
Pour milk and egg mixture over spinach mixture.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until firm and brown.
