Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. pork tenderloin
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sweet rice wine
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1 2 tsp. ginger root minced
    10 sticks cilantro\tchop leaves
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, place tenderloin.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
    Pour marinate sauce over meat; marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
    Then bake for one hour at 350\u00b0 uncovered.\tMake sure internal heat reaches 150\u00b0 temperature inside.
